Socionics
Socionics is a newer and better version of MBTI system. It not only allows you to profile personality types, but also allows you to figure out the intertype relations. It includes a model, called "Model-A" which explains the congnitive function layout and what role each function plays in the persons life. Model-A includes the EGO, ID, SUPEREGO and SUPERID as well as functions that are conscious and subconscious.
